So it's been a very hectic week. Every day this week I worked no less than 10 hours with a 12-hour day somewhere in the mix. This made making time for workouts impossible. Also failed to plan meals, so I ate whatever I could find (which sometimes meant candy that co-workers leave out on their desk). It was a very unhealthy and not so diet-friendly week. However, the scale read -2.2 lbs this morning. Not only did I lose the 2 lbs I had put on last week, but lost an additional .2 lbs. Don't get me wrong, I know that this past week should only happen again under dire circumstances, but I was just happy to know that I did not completely back track because of it.
I did pretty good with diet today and we did yard work since it was nice out. We didn't get to do everything since it was 83 degrees and very windy. I must go to bed now because it is way past my bed time and I MUST get up early and get my workout in. Since I fell off the wagon after day 32, I'm going to start back in that day range and that puts me at Day 29 for tomorrow. I hope the week of inactivity didn't cost me too much in terms of endurance.
