I Ate A Whole Pizza

Well it wasn't exactly a REGULAR pizza.

I used a soft taco (low fat, low carb) and veggies and some cheese. Total calories: 248
It was filling and DH liked it too.I'll post the recipe in a few days.

Scale isn't moving too much, but then neither am I. Spring vacation for the kids last week. We went bowling one day, saw "HOP" at the movies, out to lunch a couple of times.

Actually went for a walk to the Library on Saturday. Usually the gazelle is my "walking", but after an actual walk I felt the burn in other leg muscles. Told the grandkids we will be walking in the early am during the summer. It's gets really hot and humid in the greater Atlanta area and early am is the best time for walking.

Going on 2 trips this summer with the kids. Tennesse in June and Orlando, FL in July.
