I would be rich if I could cash in all the times I started something and stopped. I was talking with my friend who introduced me to SP and she was using it again. I had a emoticon moment and remembered I had joined. I decided to start again.

This is my 3rd week back to tracking my food/exercise and drinking my water. The first week went great. Last week I started to feel blah mentally and used that as an excuse to eat crap and stop exercising and tracking my food. I told myself I would go back and log my food later and never did.

I'm not beating myself up about it. This week is a fresh start. Every day is a blessing from God. I'm going to find my way.

    This sounds just like me!! I would be rich too for all the times that I have started and stopped some sort of healthy eating program. I also "re-started" 3 weeks ago with making healthier food choices, tracking my food, exercising, drinking my water and joined TOPS. I use Spark daily for encouragement, inspiration and the tools and then I go to my weekly TOPS meeting for some more encouragement & inspiration along with getting weighed-in each week. I am going to add you as a Spark friend and you can do the same if you'd like. It is always nice to talk to someone on here that started around the same time as you did and that also has a lot to lose. I need to lose 136 lbs to reach my goal.
