Needs to Make this real...

Tuesday, April 12, 2011

Oh how I set myself up for failure. I have been doing it since I started this program but I guess that he whole point is to find where your down comings are so that you can make being healthy work ...
I limited myself on what I could and couldn't eat. I told myself, "No, you can't have that" ... tisk tisk... bad idea. I ended up big time rebelling (much like a bratty teenager) this weekend and ohhh how did my body teach me a lesson (much like a wise parent would do). My stomach has been in such bad shape and I have been so tired. Today, I ate the right about of calories and even had a cheeseburger.
I feel very satisfied and I don't feel the urge to cheat. I know that when you are "craving" something you are suppose to eat it. Well now I know for sure to eat it cause if you don't, then your bratty teenage appetite will take over ... and boy did I suffer for that.
Now, back to regularly scheduled programming with a few new additions... New Rule: Don't limit food type, Limit Amout of food type.
