Trying to Find Balance

This past week, I worked out 5 days. I haven't done any strength training in two weeks though, and I felt it today. I have been reading other Sparkfriends' blogs and how they are dealing with the boredom that inevitably sets in with long programs like P90. I figured I'd do other cardio and then do the sculpt portion of P90 so that I don't lose muscle. Today I did 2-mile WATP and sculpt 1-2. It really made me sweat! In those two weeks I have lost a bit of strength. I was able to get through the workout with the same weight I left off at 2 weeks ago, but it was hard.
I haven't been able to get out of bed easily in the mornings, and have had to do them in the evening. It's hard, and I feel like I'm taking away time spend with the BF. I hope to be able to get better about doing my workouts in the morning. Maybe when spring finally decides to show up. I could not believe I woke up to snow this morning. It was a bit chilly in the house, and I think that is what is keeping me from getting a move on in the morning. But then I know that if I turn up the thermostat so that it is warmer, I'll be very uncomfortable once I start working out.
It's all about finding a balance...
