PRAY FOR ALL AFFECTED!

Thursday, April 28, 2011

Let's remember all those who have lost their lives and all those who have survived all those terrible storms.

We here in the Miami Valley area were in the tornado warnings from 6 p.m. last eve to 3 a.m. this morning. Last eve. the sky got really strange, chancing from yellowish to grayish and then dark blueish! I always move my laptop and accessories/ digital camera, accessories, meds., etc. to the bathroom in the middle of the house. When asked why, I always reply because I was once a girlscout. Always be prepared! That way, all I have to do is grab the dogs and go in the bathroom and close the door!

Anyway, we were very lucky. Praise be to the Lord!

Today, I'll be cleaning and getting ready to go to the Women of Faith Conference in Columbus tomorrow. Christine and I are going tomorrow evening. So, I won't be on here Saturday. We'll be back Saturday evening.

Have a Blessed Day!
~+~

So glad you didn't have any tornado touch downs. We had heavy winds that woke me and rain. Some downed lines in the vicinity, but God kept us safe.

I certainly am praying for people that were affected by these storms. emoticon emoticon

I'm glad you are safe and sound. It is very scary when there are tornado warnings in your area. Have a safe trip. We will talk when you return.

The storms are still brewing, so please stay safe ALL! I know MD is still under the gun. My brother's kid's school sent out reverse 911 messages telling the parents that the kids are being kept in as safe a place as possible. I think it will be another long day for many citizens of our Country.
