I need to kick my butt into gear as I will be doing a personal challenge that I have set for myself. I would like to work on losing 30 pounds by the end of August. I would like to start back to school refreshed. In order for me to accomplish that goal, I will need to do the following:
1. Eat within my recommended daily points each day.
2. Drink at least 6 cups of water each day.
3. Restart my Tubo Fire exercise program.
4. Work on earning 1000 exercising minutes.
5. Get at least 7 hours of sleep each night.
6. Write a blog at least once a week.
