Fell off...im sorry i let you down

Well hi guys!
So here it is 4/29/2011 and i have missed 2 or 3 work-outs since my first one. I did one 2-3 days ago and then the other one today, so a total of 2 in the whole week. I feel like i let you down and myself down . In my defense i was sick and didnt feel like working out haha, but now i feel so much better that is why i worked out today because i want to get back into it. I cant wait until the 4th, we go shopping again which means i can officially get some good foods for my body, and im gonna try and get that whey protein stuff, i hear its good for your muscles and for recovery i think. So im going to try it.
Of coarse im going to stick with my water, because omg i drank a lot of soda!!! I have been drinking water only now for maybe 2 days really and it is so much more refreshing, and im sure that after about a week or 2 im going to feel much better and have more energy, my body will be cleansed. Its gonna be great!
Just dont want my spark friends or anyone to think im a failure, i just have to find that balance and keep being motivated! And i know i can, i have the will power to do it. I thank all of you for your support, and just being there for me even though i haven't been here long, it is just nice to have that comfort.
Well i will recap with you all on progress and such. Hopefully i will have........NO wait I WILL have better news for you when i write again :D. So to cap this note off, for the next few days until Tuesday i will be doing my turbo fire 30 min, then on Tuesday i will start the real schedule....because i would have already done the beginning of the schedule on Monday so then i will go to Tuesday and so on.....so yea! Im super excited to see what im at in 2 weeks, because im going to weigh myself and take my measurements in about 2 weeks from now. So i think the 14th of may.....i think thats 2 weeks lol....cause i counted today so anyways.
Okay well sorry for dragging haha just letting ya'll know! Well have a great weekend every one.
