Feeling hopeful that getting back into his 5% challenge will give me the spark I need to get going. My doctor has put me on a liquid protein shake diet for the next two weeks. So we will see how that goes.
My goals for the challenge are pretty simple this time:
1) Aim for a weight loss of 2 pound per week of the challenge (16 pounds, just over my 5% which is 14.5 lbs)
2) Exercise for 30 minutes a day at least 5 days a week
Here's to continuation!
3) Get to the park with my boys at least 3 times a week (i haven't been doing that enough lately) and it will help me with chasing them around will give me some more excercise
