New 30 day Goal/Challenge

I have TWO big events coming up on 6/4/11

1. My sister is getting married (and)
2. My singing performance that evening (was rescheduled to 6/4/11)

**GOAL: - 8lbs ** I didn't do that well on my last challenge. However with the above events, I'm more determined than ever to do what it takes, and kick into high gear! Plus the weather is finally getting nicer and the reality of summer is peaking around the corner, and I want to be smaller, fit, and feel better about myself!

Ways to make this happen:

1. Exercise a min of 45 mins 5-6 times a week (no excuses)

2. Sign up for the Heart Walk which will give me more motivation to work out, which is 5/21/11

3. Water, Water, Water - 90 oz

4. Eat out less and pack lunch 4 out of 5 days a (work)week

5. No cheating on my diet

6. Log onto Spark People more regularly

7. Affirmations to myself


I'm excited, I KNOW I can do this!!
