GLOROUS DAY!

Thursday, May 05, 2011

We must let our light shine; not bury it under a basket! Sisters Unite!

We need to help one another in any way we can. Share one anothers pain and sorrow. Show are Sisterhood!

Larry is taking me to a nearby city to celebrate an early Mother's Day Dinner! HOORAY! We just don't like fighting the crowds on that day. Larry asked me what I wanted as a gift. Only one thing. He cannot give that to me. I wish I had at least a mutual relationship with my eldest daughter. I'd love for us to have a threesome times together. Christine and I are so close; but, I am unable to have same with eldest. She has always shut me out. But, she treats Christine and John [our son] the sane way. Right now, as is the norm., she has no internet as we know of; and no working phone number. No one can get in touch with her. But, I love her anyway. God Bless her and my other two and their families.

~+~
Blessings,
Janet

That is quite a burden. We have four Boys and do fine with them, but the daughters in law (especially 2) are offish with me. Only one has confronted me and she was irritable and quit her job about the same time. We want peace in our relationships, but sometimes it is hard to obtain.

Enjoy your dinner and a good day with your other offspring. emoticon emoticon

My brother was the same way - for a few years we knew he was still living in the same city as us, but not where. Now we know about where he lives, but he does answer his cell and we see him at family functions. Just remember it is something in your daughter, not something in you that is causing this. Just pray for her and love her.

    Janet,
Keep praying for your eldest daughter to come back to you. My son was estranged from the family for almost 3 years with a similar situation and I prayed and prayed and almost gave up as we had no contact with him all that time. And then one day just out of the blue, he called and has now returned to the family.

With God, all things are possible! I will pray for your situation, too.
