Still Working on being a LOSER!

I haven't been writing many blogs lately...I've been to busy working on my exercise program. Walking 3 miles, 3 times a week Tues, Thurs & Sat., and doing my other exercise programs on Mon., Wed. & Fri. I am very happy with my weight loss of 36 lbs. so far and still losing
. My only complaint is having baggy arms
. But I can work on this along with the rest of my self improvements. It's sure GREAT TO BE A SPARKER!!! My sister in law has decided to join me in walking...It's nice to have a buddy
. She says that I have inspired and motivated her to become a LOSER TOO! Keep up the good work everyone and thanks for your support!
