Here is my semi-serious top 10 reasons to drop a few pounds.
10 - You'll look more like your real age.
9 - No more blown out car tires.
8 - No more worrying about being kicked out of all-you-can-eat buffets.
7 - No more farmer tans from wearing a t-shirt to the beach.
6 - It's good to see if you need to clean sock fuzz from between your toes.
5 - The horse at the stables won't look at you funny any more.
4 - It's nice to be able to actually clean the sock fuzz from between your toes.
3 - Eating less = money saved.
2 - Small children won't run from you when you say you're hungry.
1 - Fitting into skinny clothes = priceless.
