Can't Get My Groove Back:( Suggestions Please!

I was doing well with exercise getting at least 30 minutes of cardio 5 times a week, but I have not exercised consistently this week, and so far I have only done 33 minutes of cardio yesterday. I am having a hard time getting moving, and I've been eating like I'm going to the electric chair!!!
I can't seem to get back into the groove! I hope that I can do better soon before I pack on the pounds that I lost!
I can't identify why I am in this slump, but I have been feeling exhausted and have had a foot problem for for 3-4 months (plantar fasciatus).
Any suggestions would be appreciated!
