Can't Get My Groove Back:( Suggestions Please!

I was doing well with exercise getting at least 30 minutes of cardio 5 times a week, but I have not exercised consistently this week, and so far I have only done 33 minutes of cardio yesterday. I am having a hard time getting moving, and I've been eating like I'm going to the electric chair!!! emoticon emoticon emoticon

I can't seem to get back into the groove! I hope that I can do better soon before I pack on the pounds that I lost! emoticon

I can't identify why I am in this slump, but I have been feeling exhausted and have had a foot problem for for 3-4 months (plantar fasciatus). emoticon emoticon

Any suggestions would be appreciated!

    I kid you not--so many of us here on SP have had a bad week recently. Is it the solar flares from the sun or something?! Geeze! I loved what you said about eating like you are going to the electric chair-too funny! That is a good description! One of mine is: I felt like eating the paint off the walls! I think the body gets so tired sometimes-that we just go wacko! I know I felt like it this past week! Plus, I am having back/hip/knee/heel problems which is aggravating me to no end and can't do as much walking as I would like this past week. So of course the pounds have stalled-plateau?! Anyway-let's just pick ourselves back up and start all over again. We have to put the bad behavior behind us and keep going! By the way-since you live in Spring Hill-my chiropractor =Moss Chiropractic, on Deltona are wonderful and have helped with my feet. There are 3 brothers and a sister that work there -all good-but I think Dr. Brett Moss is the best and does more with the extremities like the feet and knees than the others do. May be worth a try to see if they can help you. Be strong! emoticon emoticon

    Just 10 minutes at a time to get you started. Then another and another and before you know it you exercised. Be deligent with your food tracker, even if you overeat. You'll get back to normal when you see how many calories you consumed.

    Is this a hormone thing ? You might check calendar.
    Also if not the weather if it has been damp to cause achy joints. How bout trying something so new!
    Excercise tv has tons and maybe do 3 sets of ten min workouts or something

    You will be back. Even walk during a tv show 30 min goes by quick

    join the club sister!!! i worked out great on monday, slightly on tuesday, zero yesterday and only got in a quick walk today....i havent really been eating more, i have had several pops and i had one...(or 2 ) beers at the concert the other night.
    this coming week we are due rain rain and more rain, so little chance of my walking outside, i think its time to get honey to set my treadmill back up, i had stored it away cause the belt was slipping.
    gotta fix that and get my butt in gear.
    just focus on one thing, if you dont wanna walk, or cant get motivated, focus on hand weights, i will say im only going to do my hand weights and then before i know it, once the adrenaline gets going, im on the bike, im doing cardio, dance, and stepping.
    flip the tv to a grooving music channel and just dance....it is good cardio, gets the heart pumping and makes you feel good.
