It feels wonderful to be back on track with spark people. I have set my weight loss goals, redone my sparkpage, and now updated and added to my spark team HOPEnFUN.


There are so many wonderful spark teams. Without these teams I probably would not have progressed as much as I have. I wanted to create a fun for everyone team. If anyone has anything they want added I will be happy to create the thread.

I had to take a break, and I apologize to all my team members. But I am back and ready to help others and myself on their journey.
