The Journey

It is February now, and I am continuing to lose weight. I have been yo-yoing alot lately. The vacation was a little hard. Eating out every meal I realized I am not disciplined yet. I will continue to work on it though. I have a wonderful group on BLC that ofers me so much support and encouragement. I am also in a challenge on the BLC so I hope to step the weight lose up a notch!

    Eating out is a big diet buster. But understanding that and working at it is a big part of the battle.

    Spring 5% challange
    the sign up is open til friday.
    The challange is to try to lose 5% of your weight by spring.
