So Close to Onederland!!

I'm so close to the 100's I can taste it!! I got the courage to step on the scale today and I currently weigh 205 pounds. I'm doing really good when it comes to eating within my calorie range, but I've been slacking on exercise. For the month of June I plan to do cardio 5x's a week, and strength training 3x's a week. If I continue to eat healthy and stick to the workout plan, I believe that when the month is over I will officially be in onederland. Being in the 100's is a huge milestone for me. The last time I was in the 100's was in the eight grade!! Just thinking about it makes me emotional, but I am so ready to say goodbye to the 200's for good. Wish me luck!!
