It's hot outside!

Sunday, June 05, 2011

I know, duh! But, it's like really hot! The kind of weather your dog doesn't even want to use the bathroom, kids don't want to be under the sprinkler. I haven't even gotten the dried clothing off of the line yet, since it's still stifling out there. I do need to get them off the line, before bed.
There are fires all around here. Jacksonville.com said somthing like 130 in the area. That's a whole other reason not to go outside, too smoky! Oh, well, got some spring cleaning done while hubby watched the race emoticon and played black ops emoticon. At least he stayed out of my way emoticon.
Anyhow, just wanted to check in before I went back to cleaning. And, yes, this will go in my Tracker!

I know, my daughter wanted to go walking at like 5 pm. Waaaayyy too hot! Definately need to get my butt up and moving much earlier, though with all of the fires in the area, it's very smoky early in the morning :-/ I have asthma, so that's completely out of the question! I guess it's Your Shape for the Kinect for the summer!

Wow! 130! emoticon That's crazy hot. How do you manage? I'm from northwest Montana, so anything above 70 is hot to me. LOL (((sending cool vibes your way))) Take care and stay hydrated! emoticon

I totally can relate. Today's high here was 103. Who wants to walk in that kind of weather. By 8 o'clock in the morning it is already like 80. I love my walking. I guess I will be getting up at 5 or 5:30 to beat the heat. emoticon
