Discouraged & Grouchy too.

Its not enough to have the scale/body to piss me off today, I got to keep injuring this same stupid little toe over and over again. Chance just stepped on it with all 100 lbs of him, the bandage came off and now its throbbing. I need it to heal up!
The scale.
Earlier this week, I checked my weight the day after pms left. Up 6-7 lbs. I was pissed! So, that did it. I started eating every 3 hours, stayed within my calorie range (4 weeks gain despite calories way lower than range), Drinking lots of water and exercising too. Yesteriday showed down 3 lbs. Ok, its a start I figured. Today the 3 lbs came back. I was so mad. Very Discouraged!!!
Anyway, been a bit of a pissy day for me.
I am however, working hard for my college classes. Got my final project done for Business Management (far as I know anyway). I already got this weeks assignments done. Fixing to start on next week and final project for my other class. This is our 8th week and only 2 more to go. Everything is coming to an end with Final Projects etc so I dont want to wait til the last minute and get stressed out.

Sounds like a pretty lousy day! I'm sorry and hope it gets better! Just stick with your plan and the weight will come off. Maybe you should get on a schedule of weighing only once a week or maybe even every 2 weeks. Sometimes the scale reflects water gain, bloat, hormonal changes rather than all our hard work. If you don't weigh every day or a few times a week you won't get so frustrated with major changes on the scale every time you get on it.
I hope you'll keep sparking! emoticon

Sorry about your bad day but along as you are committed it will come off eventually .......Just stick with it and never give up........ Babe Ruth said " Its really hard to beat someone who never gives up." And thats the attitude you have to keep no matter to obstacles.... Good luck to you on your weight loss goals....
