First blog in a while

I have blogged in a while mainly because I haven't been at my best. I have been working out and eating right but my heart hasn't been in it. When I go to the gym I have been going through the motions and not really pushing myself. I have decided starting tomorrow it is on. I went shopping at the store today to get my lunches and snacks for the week. I picked up apples and grapes as my snack, turkey and cheese and veggies to make salad for lunch and Special K protein shakes for my breakfast. I will be limiting my intake of sodas since majority of my calories are coming from them. When I go to the gym I will be pushing myself like I haven't in a while. I have 10 pounds to go and I know I can do it. Also during the commercials when I am watching tv I will be doing pushups, situps, and anything else I can think of to get some extra exercise in. I need to get back on track.
