2 weeks, sparkless :(

Wednesday, June 15, 2011

Well, I am back.

I have had quite the 2 weeks. My life is a crazy busy whirlwind. And unfortunately, my health and weight have been affected. Here is the time for me to keep making changes. I am still trying but struggling. With my fathers diabetes diagnosis, my mom is being a little restrictive with food, and very limited with the stuff she picks up for me because she is so focused on him. and unfortunately, she will not give me an allowance to buy my own groceries :(

GOOD NEWS IS I start 2 more Zumba classes this weekend, meaning one on fridays rom 6-7 and two on sundays, 10-11 and 12-1

No excuses. Time to lift weights and really kick my own tush!!! &&&& I need to continue tracking all my food with MyFitnessPal, I have been hardcore slacking :(

So, keep commenting and keep me motivated and keep track of me ;) I get very distracted

Hey! Glad you are back. If I can track my food daily, so can you. The new tracker is easier to use. Have a good time in Zumba. Tomorrow I am hoping my migraine is entirely gone so I can go to two pole dancing classes.

Good to see ya Jess!! Congrats on the extra class.

Not sure if it might help or if you have the time, but offer to make a couple of meals per week (maybe from an oxygen or clean recipe) so you can work a few more foods you want to eat into the household. :)
