Ok added in swimming and interval strength training since cardio is my passion. I'm on elliptical 30 min then sit-ups, push ups then squats then on treadmill for 30 minutes then weights. I have been swimming every day in the afternoon for about 30 minutes and dropped another pound but biggest change was down to a size 4 jeans!!! Off the rack levis woot woot! Still a long way on the toning. When you yoyo all your life there is alot of excess skin and problem areas so I am accepting that I will wear shorts but have cellulite and can wear tanks but still have some flapping. Bought a tiny little black cocktail dress size 6 and some killer heals for my class reunion so excitement is starting to build! Have a great week everyone!
