Never going to give up

Today I was very active on the sparkpeople site. It is very hard to come on here everyday with my busy schedule but I have learned alot that even if I am not on the site I can have a healthy lifestyle. I accomplished completing my zumba 45 minute sculpt and tone dvd, used some resistance bands and also did a few minutes on the stationary bike. The only thing I need to get away from is snacking. However, I ate balanced breakfast, lunch, and dinner but my hidden calories are the junk food that is around the house like cheese doodles, pretzels, and chocolate. I try to only eat the dark chocolate and know that you can't deprive or beat yourself up about snacking. I have a thermos to keep myself hydrated so water has been my best friend lately. Also, having lupus with extra steroids is also making me have these cravings for junk. I am just happy that I didn't gain weight since I been on the higher dose of medication. I am just going to have faith and believe that I will reach my goal weight eventually. I know I can and I know I will accomplish it by May 2012 graduation.
