My Transformation Starts Today

Today I begin an 18 wk transformation. It will start with an 8 wk jump start super summer challenge with a chance to win a trip to Hawaii.
My weight and measurements as of today are as follows.
My workout for today will include weight training for my chest, shoulders and triceps and
30 mins of cardio.
My nutrition will include 6 small meals of a protein, carb and vege.
I'm excited to get started and am looking forward to what my body will look like in 18 weeks and with the help and support from this community along with transformation.com and bodybuilding.com I know I will be successful.
