i have my own streak goin'!

So I am TERRIBLE at logging things in Spark.
MyFitnessPal, I log ALL my food. In my own journal I log my weights. And today, I have a 5 day gym streak goin'!!
I walked into the gym feeling gross, hoping soon for transformation....well.....I got one! I walked out straighter, with better posture and felt lighter. Obviously, it wont happen that fast, but the feeling of walking straight && not hunched at all is incredible. Plus, my flexibility is out of this world!!!
I know this was a pretty boring blog, but I am thrilled! Next week, I plan to see even more improvements. It only takes a month for big changes...but to get to a month you have to go week by week, day by day, hour by hour, meal by meal, workout by workout :)
