Turbo Fire Day 19 - 20

I did very good to stick to my planned workouts yesterday and today. I didn't get to do the extented stretch yesterday, but that was okay because I did my long stretching workout today. I am hanging in there and I am hoping to keep up the routine that I have formed for myself.
