Review of June and Goals for July

I really didn't get serious with my weight loss goals for the month of June until the 13th. That day was when I started Turbo Fire and I really followed the WW PointsPlus program diligently. Ever since then, I ended up losing 4lbs in three weeks and I met my 5lb loss since starting WW back in February of this year. This was the first time that I actually did every workout in the Turbo Fire program each week. I usually would be starting it over again on monday because I had missed so many workouts and didn't give it a chance. I am finding now that I look forward to each workout each day because I am curious as to how I will look after the 90 days of the program.
The goals that I am setting for this month is to be sure to do each Turbo Fire workout on it's designated day of the week. I will track my food each day and to be sure to eat within my daily points. I will be sure to drink 8 cups of water each day. I am looking to reach my 5% weight loss goal this month. In order to reach that, I need to lose 8lbs.
