Keeping my Challenges in order

Needed a place to easily refer to my challenges in order to participate so I decided to place it in a 'blog'.

Runs Friday July 1st through Monday July 4th

ONE point for each 8oz of water you drink!

ONE point for each 20 min of intentional cardio!
F( 2 ), S( 3 ), SN( 1 ), M( 2 ) = 8 pts

ONE point for each strength training set completed (10-12 reps)!
F( 70 ), S( 70 ), SN( 70 ), M( 70 ) = 280 pts

ONE point for each freggie you eat (1 average or ½ cup sliced/diced/cubed)!
F( 12 ), S( 12 ), SN( 4 ), M( 14 ) = 42 pts

ONE point for each day alcohol free!
F( 1 ), S( 1 ), SN( 1 ), M( 1 ) = 4 pts

ONE point for each day you record every bite!
F( 1 ), S( 1 ), SN( 1 ), M( 1 ) = 4 pts

ONE point for each day in calorie range!
F( 1 ), S( 1 ), SN( 1 ), M( 1 ) = 4 pts

ONE point for each day you post on your team thread!
F( 1 ), S( 0 ), SN( 1 ), M( 1 ) = 3 pts

ONE point for each day you blog!
F( 0 ), S( 1 ), SN( 0 ), M( 0 ) = 1 pts

ONE point for each day you spin the SPARK wheel!
F( 1 ), S( 1 ), SN( 1 ), M( 1 ) = 4 pts

TOTAL Points = 414 pts

***Points are unlimited unless it states “each day” which limits it to 4 points.

The first part runs from June 30- July 5th.

*Change your avatar to something 4th of July. = 5 pts
(5 points-one time)

*Drink a minimum of 8 glasses of water each day.

~NOTE~ Both Canada Day and Independence Day happen this week.

1. Post on the Main Campfire Chat Thread at least 3 reasons why you are thankful for where you live.
2. Go out and enjoy yourself, alone, with friend/s, or family. Maintain your food plan while you are out.
3. Feel your strength and power as you lift weights, use resistance bands, or challenge yourself physically another way. Congratulate yourself for achieving this.
4. Congratulate another Ninja for something she has done or shared with us.
5. Feel good about getting this done - Clean A Latrine! LOL! (Your Bathroom.) You may clean somewhere else if your latrine (unlike mine -lol) is already clean. {{GRIN}}
6. Phone, write, or e-mail a family or friend. Enjoy the companionship.
7. Dare to be true to yourself. Examine where you are and where you want to be. Write about it (ie in your Ninja Personal Space or Blog). Decide what your next step will be.
8. With celebration. downtime is also needed. Sit quietly somewhere, read a book if you want, or perhaps just drink in a few peaceful moments.
