Hard work equals... weight gain... DO WHAT!!

I know I know... you're gaining muscle! I've lost NO inches and gained 3 lbs... In 14 days I have burned AT LEAST 200 calories a day. I've been running, swimming, bike riding... P90X, Zumba... whatever I've done it. I'm supposed to be losing inches though... right?
I have to admit I dont exactly stay within 1200 calories a day but I havent been over the 1500 calories!!! Shouldn't I be seeing some kind of results? I like exercising so I'm not going to stop but WHY AM I GAINING? WHY AM I NOT LOSING INCHES? UGHHH!!
