My BLC Saucy Sapphire (& Pink Ninja) Sisters, Nashville & other Spark TEAMS... I can't tell you how much it has meant to me to have you walk this journey with me!

This BLC Round (the past 12 wks), I am VERY PLEASED that I lost emoticon -16.2 lbs
and emoticon20.25 inches! I passed my -30% goal and hope to reach my -35% goal in July.

This round I 'doubled' my exercise efforts... evidently, muscle DOES weigh more than fat! I lost pretty good inches but not as much weight on the scale for the effort.

If you've read my blogs, You've seen me post about my stubborn body type and my constant search for successful, continual weight loss. The older I get, the harder it becomes to lose this weight no matter what the effort. The "calories-in –vs– calories-out" mathematics doesn't seem to work for me so I am constantly trying to figure out what WILL work. I've jeopardized my career during this search for weight loss, increasing my exercise minutes and decreasing my time at the easel... I MUST get back to work!

I've got quite a long journey ahead of me and all I can do is keep doing what I know to do... making the healthiest choices set before me DETERMINING to make exercise a daily part of life.

I love the BLC and the individual team challenges because each challenge gives me something to aspire toward, to push myself harder than what I might have pushed.

I struggle with a crazy schedule (aging parents along w/ work) and it becomes difficult for me to post each day and keep up with everyone as I'd like. I LOVE when challenges are posted at the top of our team tracking thread (the Amber Team & Sapphire teams do this) so we can all can find them easily... this A.D.D. overwhelmed woman (me) desires to give her team all she has in her and making the challenges accessible is so wonderful!

I do plan to keep up with my program in-between rounds! I hope to see you all next round!
