Day one of Thrive

Today was day one of the 12 week plan from Thrive (the vegan nutrition guide for optimal performance by Brendan Brazier). I decided to dedicate myself for 12 weeks to this diet because I've been lacking motivation and just feel stuck. I know many of my SP freinds feel stuck at some point and this is my way of dealing with feeling stuck...in the mud...in an isolated forest.....with unrelentless rain.LOL. So what I know for sure is that it is a good thing I was primarily eating vegan prior to this challenge. The flavors are uniquely vegan:). I just insist on striving to maintain my vegan diet because I feel so much better and my skin and hair are thanking me. I will try to blog as often as possible to keep me on track.
