Back!! - EXCITED & Motivated!

Friday, July 08, 2011

Since my last blog, I have been on here on and off until I was finally off completely. In the last couple months I have been carelessly & mindlessly going though the days, due to physically and emotionally being drained, all while gaining 18+lbs. emoticon When I saw that scale (sad to admit I let myself get this big ... but) at 194 ..... I said "HECK NO!!!!" and started hitting it hard plus making better food choices. I've "cheated" very little since then, because I just didn't want myself exploding one day on a bunch of junk food, but I still did really well. ;)

In the past three weeks of this journey, I'm surprisingly, proudly, and very happily reporting that my weigh in this morning was GREAT!!!! I weighed in at 186.2. emoticon That's 7.8 pounds less and I am so glad I am no longer 190-ANYTHING!

I'm looking forward to the days when I'll no longer be 180-170-160-150 ANYTHING! :) And let me tell ya .... I'm in it to win it this time around. I saw how well I did with what I did and how it payed off. Seeing results is motivation enough. This is really what I've been needing .... all I gotta say is "Thank you Lord for the strength and help through this. Because I know and have seen that without you .... I can't do anything!"

Ahhh (=screaming), I'm so excited. Can't wait to see how much I lose next week. How awesome! I'll write again soon! Thanks for stopping by! Have a wonderful day. I pray you all have great results and great journeys as well. I would love to hear .... please share if you would like to! emoticon

God Bless!
