Back on Track!

Sunday, July 10, 2011

Well I think I have things under control-at least for now! My husband has gone up North to work, probably for the whole summer, and my youngest and I are here alone. But instead of being depressed, I have decided to use the time to my advantage. I am doing all kinds of things that I put off when he was here. I am cleaning out closets, sorting pictures, rearranging rooms, cleaning out cabinets that have bugged me for months, and getting back to my program. I am back to tracking my food, and daily exercise. I hope to be well on my way to being a new person when my husband gets back. My son is feeling like the man of the house, and while he misses his dad alot, he feels good about taking care of mom and the house while he's away. I hope I can continue to put a positive spin on things as the summer goes on, and I appreciate the support everyone is showing me-several people have written to say they know others going through the same thing. It helps to know we are not alone in this! Thank You!
