Accountability Food Log - Friday 7/15

I seem to run out of steam by the end of the day, the time when I enter my personal "danger" zone for extra calorie intake. I'm determined to become consistent once again with being honest about my intake, so today I'm choosing to put that honesty to the challenge by logging my intake throughout the day. My basic nutritional approach right now are the general guidelines from The 17 Day Diet, Cycle 1 - knowing I'll have a good loss tomorrow if I follow through today!

7:30 AM - Strawberry smoothie: 1 c. non-fat milk, 1 c. frozen strawberries, 4 tsp. ground flax and 1 Tbsp. MacroLife Miracle Reds

10:30 AM - 1/2 c. cottage cheese, fresh blueberries, green tea

12:00 PM - Premier Protein Shake

2:30 PM - SF Iced Latte protein shake w/2 oz. ff half-half

It's been a day in the run, so my shakes & smoothies have come in handy!

3:30 PM - 1 Tbsp. MacroLife Macro Greens

Going for my walk as I told myself I would today! Done.

5:00 PM - Natural deli turkey rolls w/spinach & low-fat jarlsberg cheese

7:15 PM - Grilled turkey burgers w/jarlsberg cheese & jalapenos & salad w/veggies & dressing (2 Tbsp.)

Green Tea after dinner.

Approx. 1300 - 1400 calories
