Slow Going "(

Well Its been slow going.. emoticonAs I have been having a few issue with heath and work and personal emoticon But Yesterday I stated with a old Richard Simmons tape and did some toning it was a killer emoticon emoticon But I made it 30 min and had to take a easy day even though I did not over do it this fat body was in pain bad emoticon I survived and was up at 6am for another 30min of toning and I have to say it was not as bad today I SURVIVED IT! and as I have a few things I have to do do before the Hot Day gets me Ill put in 30 on the treadmill when I return I WILL NOT GIVE UP!!! emoticon so aim off be back later with a update of my day.... emoticon

    You can and will do it. I have some health issues myself (you can read about in my blog). But I managed to get some good results on my first week. You can do it too. Just stick to your program and goals.
