First Half of Week 3

It's been a trying first half of the week. I do good at work with the eating but as soon as I get home, its a disaster. I know my problem though, I need to get rid of the junks. Which I finally did yesterday. Exercise, ugh, wat can i say. It's been hell. Shredding has gotten boring, so today I changed to level 2. Walking has gotten boring too. I need to find a partner asap. Anybody in my area? Anyways, hopefully I can get a hold of everything soon and power through the next 2 months.

    hey girl, i've done the whole weight loss thing by myself majority of the time. I've come to learn that in live we have to be our own motivators. What ive done so far...tennis, biking, kickboxing, running, walking, and some other randoms at the gym like the elliptical. The things outside of of a building are my favorites. Tennis is where i am now. its the one thing that never gets boring that i can do with someone. Walking is such a repetitive motion. With tennis you have to be able to determine and move quick into the direction in which you think the ball is going and you don't have to really push too hard to get a workout but i like sweating like a pig after i do mines. If i don't then i feel like im not working hard enough. But when in doubt, swimming helps also. Keep the momentum going and if you ever need to chat im here.
