Ok, I weighed in today, and 6 lbs-GONE! So last week a 15 lb gain, in about a month, now 6 lbs gone in a week? Well, if last weeks weight was wrong,then this weeks might not be right, but I'll take it! As long as its heading down, I will accept it. The only change I made this week was I ate only protein in the morning every day. I read that it can help with weight when you take insulin. Who knows, but I will continue to do it I guess! Thank Goodness my SP friends did not give up on me when I was ready to give up on myself-Thank you thank you!!!!
