Weekly update

Well this week i got some news that did encourage me to eat better & get a little more active. I began walking last weekend with a friend of mine at the park. Getting up early & being down there when it's cool & with a gossip partner helps alot! I also did better on eatting more fruits & veggies this week.

This will be my last weekly update for awhile but i do plan on keeping up the walking & eatting healthier.
