Overview of FEF Challenge and Goals for INSPIRE Challenge

I am apart of the DONE Girl Seasonal Challenge FEF and the challenge for this week was to blog about how we did during the challenge. I did horrible during this challenge. A lot was going on in my personal and work life that I didn't get to put in the time that I had the previous challenges. For one thing, my daughter started kindergarten. I never realized how much of an effect that would have on my usual routine. The half day everyday just threw me off. I was going to school myself, so that just made it even more of a hassle as there were some classes I couldn't take because they would conflict with the time that I needed to have her to school. Next, I had and still have a huge case load that I will probably be working until next year. The pressures of getting that case done on time, going to school and my daughter starting school took a big toll on me. That is why I am not going back to school until spring semester which starts in January. I might sign-up for an independent class in late September early October but I am just going to take it easier and just concentrate on getting into a routine now that my daughter is going to school fulltime. Some things that I want to work on for the next challenge, INSPIRE, is to stay active with my team. I know that I personally do better when I check in and keep up with what each team member is up to by staying on track with reading everyone's blogs each day. I am working on reaching or coming as close as possible to my 10% weight loss goal by the end of the 16 week challenge, which equals to about 20 pounds. I have set a plan of action and I am hoping to get there by just taking it one day at a time.
