For the month of August I would like to work on my 5% weight loss goal. In order to reach it, I will need to lose 8 pounds. In order to reach this goal I will need to do the following:
1. Exercise every planned day, no excuses.
2. Stay within my daily points. Save my weekly allowance points for the weekend.
3. Drink at least 6 cups of water daily.
4. Do daily devotion to keep my mind on the right path.
5. Blog about my day to keep myself motivated.
6. Track my food in my WW tracker and on SP.
I somehow lost my motivation at the beginning of July, but I am making sure that I will be more successful and accomplish every goal that I have set for the month.
