Biggest Loser Updates

One month down, two more to go. I'm not putting as much effort into it as I know I can, but I'll show them wats up. My goal is to get to 200 by the end of the month. I've done the work and know it's possible, I just need to stay on the move instead of giving up after a couple days and re-starting. Slow and Steady right?
But, the Biggest Loser is taking a toll on the girls in the office too. They're doing to motions but not seeing the results. I try to encourage them and teach them wat I've learned (like they do for me) but they're just not happy.
Jess and Laura doesn't really have an exercise plan so I check with them every day if they did some kind of activity. Lately Laura's been getting house work or yard work done. Jess, she wants to exercise, but wants someone to keep her company. Tam has been busting her butt off and is the most frustrated. She's lost one pound. I told her she could be gaining muscle (she's been strength training) but she says she wants to lose pounds. We all encourage each other and help out wen we can, but they want to give up on me. I told them they couldn't. We're in this together, and we'll see each other through. So, we are going to try and meet up after work (depending on wat time our night person gets out) for some walking. This should be good for two reasons, we can bond outside of work and get in some exercise. We are going to wait til Tammy gets back on Tuesday since we all have plans for the weekend. I'll let you guys know how it goes.
