First Week of August

I managed to start the month off right. I exercised 5 days, drank at least 6 cups of water 4 days, and I managed to lose 0.6lbs at my WW weigh in. I am on the right track now. My goal for the upcoming week is to do my planned exercise each day, drink at least 6 cups of water 5 out of the 7, and to eat within my points each day. I am working on losing 1.8lbs or 2lbs at my WW weigh in which is on thursday. I can do it with just taking it one day at a time.
