i was just wondering with this new tracker its easy for me to go ahead and post ahead time but im finding out sometimes i decide not to eat it or forget to or changes a food ...or the next day something else will come to mind that i forgot to add does any one else have any these problems know it makes me feel so guilty even if i didnt do it on purpose...i thought about writing it down and putting it all in the same time not sure if you can do that...or go back next day and edit it...was just wondering if any one else had these problems... emoticon maybe its my fibro fog blonde flashes or just being old emoticon

    Your tracker is your personal thing - do whatever you need to do to make it successful for you! I have the Sparkpeople app on my phone so I can add as I eat, but before I had the app I would log my food in a notebook and transcribe it to SP later. And yes - I often go back and fix things or add things I forgot.
