Day 5

Day 5 down three pounds and in ketosis... Good start but having a mentally hard time reverting back to eating what I need versus what I want... Giving up the copious amounts of alcohol not a problem, the sweet stuff not really an issue but the doritos, pizza, cereal, and fries are tough! I'm fighting serious munchy syndrome and between jet lag and induction flu my usual work out thru the snacking times is a nogo with my energy at an all time low. Hoping by Monday I will have recovered and will swing back into my normal workout routine. Hung my new clothes right on the front of closet to inspire me. Heading out for a long bike ride!
