New Workout Plan

I have decided to do the 5 mile Making Strides Walk in SLC on October 8th. I am going to follow a 5K walking plan, but just do it an extra week so that I can slowly add time to my walking. I will start it on Monday along with my new workout plan. I am holding off doing Turbo Fire until after I finish the walk. I will restart it and stick to it until the end of the year. I have combined the training and Turbo Jam as my new workout plan. I will do my walking on the treadmill until I can find out when is a good time to walk at an indoor track. This is going to be an adventure that I am going to make sure to keep up with.
