Tape Measure Vs Scales

I decided about 3 weeks ago to stop weighing myself and just to focus on how I feel, and how my clothes fit. Well I got curious this week, so I measured myself and I've lost four inches off my wasit!! I decided today to weight myself to see how much I'd lost... turns out I've only lost 2lbs in all that time! Looks like I'm building lots of nice muscle in the gym - I'm so glad I decided against the scales, tape measure all the way!

    I'm with you about the tape measure: I believe it's a much better reflection as to how I'm doing than the fluctuating number on the scale.

    It's quite hard to give up the scale but I prefer measurements as well. Good job on building those muscles!
