Apparently since I reached my onederland mini-goal, I've been slacking a bit in the nutrition department. I haven't been making the best choices and have been eating over my Spark calorie range way too often. I'm guessing I probably overate on my untracked days as well.
WOW! I have been doing lots of exercise! Plus I feel fantastic and positive most of the time. I have been tracking my food honestly. Plus I leave my tracker public so there's no secret shameful eating going on.
For my onederland goal, I got some new clothes. I am fitting very comfortably into size 16/XL misses sizes now (no more plus size!)
