Here it is, September again. August was a good month in that I did manage to get my butt in gear and really work on my monthly goals. Instead of doing too many at once, I focused on two. I worked on getting in at least 8 cups of water each day and doing my planned exercises. The beauty of the two is that I usually can get in my water when I exercise. I am proud to say that I have no troubles now with the two! I do my workouts even though some days I have to give myself a pep talk before I actually do it. Now that I have these two goals down, I am thinking that what I will do this month is work on my food choices. I will start with getting in at least 5 servings of freggies each day and to make sure to plan out my meals for the week.
