So, thus far I've lost 60 lbs since March 8, 2011. Recently, within the past 3 weeks I just couldn't find my motivation. I've been kinda scared that I may never find it again. I've done searches online, in Spark, in magazines, books, tv, DVD's etc to jump start myself again. Nothing for the last 3 weeks. Thankfully today as I was reading Popular Blogs on Spark I ran across a blog by Goddessellie07 - "What can you do in 1,095 days? My story, Advice, and (lots of ) pictures..."
If you've slowed down in your motivation, check out her story. She includes 3 yrs worth of details that are very helpful.
I found 2 other possible tools to help while looking through "Secrets" in Spark. Two suggestions I will try are :
1. Use a calendar to mark days you exercise. Use markers, highlighters, crayons etc to achieve very colorful results and be sure you exercise everyday.
2. Make a poster to motivate you - use pics and words to show things you want (rewards), goals, etc.
I don't remember who suggested these things in Secrets, but am very grateful to them.
So now I've got to put my new MOJO to work. Wish me luck!
