Week #1 Loss: 9.6 pounds
Total Loss: 9.6 pounds (This line looks silly now... Cause it was the same as the first line... But you just wait! The number shall increase! Lol. )

This week had its ups and downs. But I am happy to say that I have been watching what I am eating, trying to make the healthier choice and have been to the gym a few times in the last week... So we're headed in the right direction, right!?! :-) Getting restarted doesn't seem as hard this time.... I want a change so badly but I know it can't be a quick one. It has to gradually happen...

Labor day was kinda hard. Went out for sushi with friends (not a terrible thing to have) but attending parties later; that proved to be a down fall today... It wasn't awful, but it wasn't great either. But it's ok, tomorrow is another day to do great. :-)

Cheers to making healthy choices even after you have a day of naughtiness! Hehe.
